ALOHA!

Aloha!
Ya estamos en Hawaii! Llegamos hacen 2 dias, el viaje es super largo, fueran 30 horas entre vuelos, espera y muchas filas. Pero bueno, al llegar aca me acuerdo porque vale la pena estar tantas horas viajando. Es un lugar espectacular.
Estoy aca con mi mujer, Renata, mis entrenadores Pablo Fajian y Marcelo Alexandre llegan en el principio de octubre.

Aun no hicimos muchas cosas, solo sali a entrenar para empezar a acomodarme en esos primeros dias. Ayer por ejemplo nade unos 3 km y corri 1 horita suave. Hoy en un rato salimos a pedalear y seguramente haré lo de siempre. Seguramente de aca para adelante tendré más novedades, aun estamos con las valijas hechas, la bici recien ahora terminé de arreglar.

We're already in Hawaii! Since 2 days, the trip was long, there were 30 hours between flights, waiting and many rows. Anyway, when i arrive i can remember why it worth so many hours in flights. It is a spectacular place. I really like Kona!
I'm here with my wife, Renata, my coaches Pablo Fajian and Marcelo Alexandre will come at the beginning of October.

Although we did not do much, just went out to train in those early days. Yesterday, i did 3 km swim and ran smooth. Today in a while i'm going to bike and surely i will do as always. Surely I'll have more news later, even the bags are still made, and the bike i just finished fixing now.
